STAR five-day seminars use a variety of teaching methods for groups of approximately 24 individuals in each program.  It is an international educational program to teach clergy and others the immediate and long-term effects of trauma.  The workshops meet in classroom settings to educate clergy how individuals, communities, and societies find healing and hope in the midst of traumatic events and times.  STAR is specifically educational and Non-clinical.

Feeding The Shepherd is a one-day educational seminar teaching the dynamics of clergy peer relationships, issues of boundaries with church members, and family dynamics.  Prayer and fellowship are held on the evening as a day's drive is necessary for most participants, an evening diner, prayer and fellowship is held on the evening before the day of the seminar, and a concluding breakfast with prayer is held the morning after the program.  Feeding the Shepherd is administered by the Hinton Rural Life Center.

Pastor Care is a referral network designed to assist clergy with specific needs.  The majority of Pastor Care's funding is used for an administrative infrastructure to coordinate a national network of volunteers.  These volunteers included physicians, counselors, attorneys, various businesses, and others who give their services and products to clergy who are unemployed, in transition, or under stress.
